Swole Tracker was built with simplicity in mind to help you keep track of your workouts with ease.

When you open Swole Tracker, you will be presented with a calendar view of all of your workouts. Starting a new workout is a tap away.
- fitness_center Add Exercises

Once you have started a workout, you can add exercises to it. You will be prompted to select an exercise type, or the "move" you plan to do. If it doesn't exist, you can create it.
- add Log Sets

A set is a combination of weight and reps. You can add them before getting started to set a goal or keep track as you go.
- content_copy Copy Sets

You might find yourself doing the same sets. Swole Tracker provides an easy way to copy these, so you can spend less time typing and more time lifting.

Wondering what you did last time? The history view provides an overview of the last few times you did an exercise, which can be helpful for deciding which weight to start with or how many reps to aim for.
- save Save Routines

If you plan to do the same group of exercises in the future, you can create a routine, which can be used later on another workout.

Feeling tired today? Can't remember to focus on slow and steady form? Jot down notes for each exercise to keep track of your thoughts.
